Jeff Swartz has been practicing law for more than thirty years. He graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1986. He holds B.A. degrees in political science and philosophy. He was the Assistant City Attorney for Waukon from 1986 until 2018. Currently Jeff is the City Attorney for the City of Marquette. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Allamakee County Bar Association, the Iowa Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Iowa Municipal Attorneys Association. He is licensed to practice in district court, the Iowa Court of Appeals, and the Iowa Supreme Court.
